MoU between IBG Česko s.r.o. and SMS InfoComm (Czech) s.r.o. (Wistron Group)
On 27 March 2023, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the project of recycling of lithium batteries, fitting into the entire ecosystem of the circular economy, was signed between IBG Česko s.r.o. and SMS InfoComm (Czech) s.r.o. (Wistron Group). The MoU provides a general framework for cooperation and facilitates collaboration between the companies. Specifically, the MoU states that the companies will collaborate to develop a center for recycling of lithium batteries.
We´re very proud to be a part of development of an integrated industrial solution for recycling of end-of-life automotive batteries. From an environmental perspective, the challenge is to create a center for recycling of lithium batteries, fitting into the entire ecosystem of the circular economy. Signing of the MoU signals a significant step forward as we all work toward a common vision.
